  • Monitor and control tasks within the Project Execution Plan
  • Coordinate the completion the technical design
  • Coordinate the Building Regulations application
  • Ensure the Pre- Commencement Planning Conditions are met
  • Management of Tender Process

Stage 5
Manufacturing & Construction

‘Are we constructing what has been designed?’

  • Initiate Change Control Procedures
  • Let the Building Contract
  • Monitor the contractor’s compliance
  • Manage the budget
  • Administer the contract
  • Ensure remaining Planning Conditions have been satisfied
  • Assess the progress of the project against the pre-defined success criteria

Stage 6
Handover

‘Is the building working as designed?’

  • Check all planning conditions have been discharged
  • Check for statutory compliance and certification
  • Ensure that the Operation & Maintenance Manual and the Health & Safety File are complete
  • Conduct final checks on quality
  • Manage the identification and rectification of defects through liability period
  • Establish if the project met the pre-defined success criteria

Stage 7
Use

‘How do we use the building?’

  • Assess the success of the project from the Client’s perspective
  • Produce ‘Lesson’s Learnt’ report for The Project Team
  • Continued management of the building through our property management services
