Tim was inspired as a child by his grandfather’s passion for architecture and had a dream to be an architect, after winning the Tour de France a few times first!! After valiant efforts to achieve his childhood dreams, gaining a degree in Building (BSc) and competing in the sharp end of many amateur cycle road races, Tim has become a highly accomplished professional at solving problems and running projects for numerous clients, from leading multinationals to large UK based companies during the last 25 years.

Philip is the MD and founder of Shire Financial Services which specialises in the buy to let sector but also with a large client base of residential purchases.
